Integral Vitta is a digital platform that offers acupuncture calculation tools based on the traditional Chinese method Zi Wu Liu Zhu (Sacred Turtle / Lo Shu). The service includes:

• Calculation of Patient and Moment Open Points
• Calculation of Extraordinary Vessels (Lo Shu)
• Energy Rebalancing
• Patient registration and management (paid plans)
• Clinical and financial management tools (PRO plan)

3. User Registration and Account

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials
• All activities that occur in your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information

4. Plans and Payments

We offer different subscription plans:

• Free: 10 monthly calculations
• Premium: Unlimited calculations, Ancient Shu Points, patient management
• PRO: Everything in Premium + Google Calendar + Financial Management

Payments are processed through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

5. Cancellation and Refund

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We do not offer refunds for periods already paid.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Harm, threaten or harass other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Reverse engineer the software
• Scrape or automatically extract data

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features and functionality of the service are owned by Integral Vitta and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Integral Vitta is a professional support tool. Responsibility for diagnosis and treatment rests exclusively with the healthcare professional.

9. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
